Mesquite Grilled Shrimp

* 7oz. large shrimp
* 3/4 cup sliced zucchini
* 3/4 cup summer squash
* 1 tablespoon mesquite seasoning
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* oregano (if desired)


Place foil on grill. Spread zucchini and squash on grill and sprinkle with oregano. Brush shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with mesquite seasoning. Grill turning once.

Ground Chicken and Spaghetti Squash

Newman's lite Italian dressing
ground chicken
1/8th of an onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 can tomatoes
Italian seasonings, salt and pepper
Cut spaghetti squash in half length-wise and scoop out the seeds. Marinate the squash overnight in any Newman\\\'s lite Italian dressing. Bake in glass pan at 350 degrees for an hour and scoop out the squash when done. In a pan, saute ground chicken, a tiny bit of onion and one garlic clove. Season with italian seasonings,salt and pepper and then add a quarter small can of tomatoes. When done add all together for a delicious lean and green.
